Sheffield Lounge gets a good night sleep

We were delighted to host Elite Sport Sleep Coach Nick Littlehales at the Virgin Money Sheffield Lounge recently – in partnership with Penguin Living.

Fresh from a whirlwind week of TV and radio appearances as part of his book launch, Nick came along to spend the evening with our members and guests. Alongside sharing fascinating stories about his life working with the likes of British Cycling, The England Rugby team and Manchester United FC, Nick also gave the audience a whole range of tips, hints and exercises aimed at helping them sleep better.

During an interview with Penguin Living Director Mark Prescott, Nick shared some interesting facts about what he has learned throughout his life of studying sleep all over the globe. Nick’s new book ‘Sleep’ was a real hit on the night, with audience members enjoying one-to-one chats with Nick while he signed their books.
