Cardiff: Tai Chi class

Join us at the Cardiff Lounge for a free Tai Chi class in our Community Room on Tuesday 12 February from 10.00am until 11.00am.
The Tai Chi class combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements and will be hosted by Innovate Trust.
While there are many health benefits to the exercise the focus will be on how it may help the individual dealing with anxiety and stress. Tai Chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise.
“Studies have shown that it can help people aged 65 and over to reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.” NHS UK
Remember to wear comfy clothing and if this is popular we may be able to make it a regular class!
