But what is mindfulness? What does it mean to be truly mindful? How can it impact your life? It is just all about meditation?

It’s completely understandable why there’s so much confusion about mindfulness; there are a lot of people using this word, without the true depth of knowledge behind what it is.
That’s why Kay loves to run these introductory sessions- suitable for anyone; to break through some of the buzz, the hype, and really getting down to what mindfulness really means for us.
Mindfulness has so many benefits; reducing stress, anxiety and worry, feeling more confident, having more concentration and focus, and cultivating qualities such as compassion, kindness, and understanding.
