Glasgow: Drop-in Meditation Session

Join Kay Young – award-winning mindfulness and well-being teacher – in the Glasgow Lounge for a half hour ‘drop-in’ meditation session.
Being piloted for three weeks in January, on Tuesday 8, 15 and 22 – 12:15-12:45pm, these lunchtime sessions will consist of a brief introduction to mindfulness followed by a meditation, allowing you the perfect break in the middle of your day!
Absolutely everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is required.
Sessions cost £5 to be paid on arrival.
