‘Mindfulness’ is such a buzz word these days, with so many talking about it, yet lots of people are unsure of what it actually is, and why we’re being told to practice it.
So Kay has created this 2-hour workshop to give individuals an opportunity for an in-depth introduction to mindfulness and meditation, to dispel some of the myths that are going around about it all, and allowing for first-hand experience of what mindfulness practices are.
